1. Who we are and who these terms are for
Bryza is operated by Edge Solutions SRL, Rue Saint Roch 20, 4920 Aywaille, Belgium, enterprise number 1012.938.930 ("we", "us"); see our legal notice. These terms govern the use of the Bryza web console at bryza.app (the "service").
The service is for businesses only. The customer is the game studio, publisher or other company that we register as a Team in the service (the "Team"). Consumers may not use it. Anyone who signs in on behalf of a Team confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for it. By signing in, the Team and its users accept these terms.
2. The service
The service reads the public Steam reviews of the Team's Games and shows the Team an analysis of them made with AI: Issues (problems, requests and ideas that players report), quotes from the reviews that support them, and the sentiment of reviews by topic. Team users can bring a Game up to date and give feedback on the analysis.
The service is in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed as the service develops, and the service may contain errors.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation.
3. Accounts and invites
- Users sign in with their Google account or with a code or link mailed to their address. Each user is responsible for keeping their Google account or mailbox secure.
- The service is open by invite only: we register each Team, and a person joins a Team only through an invite. A Team Admin invites members by passing on an invite link; we send no invite email.
- The Team, through its Team Admins, decides who is a member, chooses their role, and removes people who should no longer have access, such as people who leave the Team. The Team is responsible for what its members do in the service.
- One person belongs to one Team at most. Accounts are personal: do not share them.
- A Team may work only on Games it develops or publishes. We check this when a Game is added and may refuse or remove a Game.
4. Acceptable use
The Team and its users must not:
- use the service, or anything shown in it, to identify, contact, profile or track Steam reviewers, to combine their reviews with other data about them, or to take any action against a reviewer;
- use the service in breach of Valve's terms for Steam, including the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Steam Web API Terms of Use;
- try to reach another Team's data, test or bypass the service's security, or overload it;
- copy, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing service;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Steam content and your content
Steam reviews belong to their authors, and Steam content to Valve and its licensors. We give the Team no rights over them. Quotes are shown so the Team can understand its players and check the analysis, with a link to each review on Steam.
The feedback users give in the service (thumbs up or down and notes) stays the Team's. The Team allows us to use it to run and improve the service.
The service itself, its software and its design are ours. We give the Team a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its own business while these terms apply.
6. AI output
The analysis is produced by AI models from what players wrote. It may be incomplete, wrong or out of date, and it may misread or misattribute what a player meant. It is guidance to help the Team decide what to look at, not a statement of fact. Check the quoted reviews before acting on it. The Team alone decides what to change in its Games.
7. Availability
We try to keep the service available, but we give no service level and no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may interrupt it for maintenance or security. The service depends on Steam's public review data, which Valve may change or stop providing.
8. Fees
The service is free during the beta. Any fees will be agreed with the Team in writing before they apply.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for intentional or gross fault, ours or our staff's or agents', or where the law does not allow it.
Apart from that, and within the limits allowed by law:
- the service is provided as it is, as described in sections 2, 6 and 7;
- we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or opportunity, or for decisions the Team makes based on the analysis;
- our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees the Team paid us in the 12 months before the event, or €1,000 if that is more.
We are not liable for a failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as an outage of Steam or of one of our service providers.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a user or a Team's access, at once and without notice, if they breach these terms, notably section 4, or if needed to protect the service, other Teams or Steam reviewers.
The Team may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close its account at contact@bryza.app. We may end the service for a Team, or stop the service entirely, with 60 days' notice.
When access ends, users can no longer sign in. What happens to the account data is described in our privacy notice.
11. Data protection
We are the controller of the personal data we process to run the service:
- the data of the Team's users, described in our privacy notice;
- the data of Steam reviewers, described in our privacy notice for Steam reviewers.
The Team informs its users that their data is processed as described in the privacy notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the service, its leaving beta, a new service provider or a change in the law. We will tell Team Admins by email at least 60 days before a change that reduces the Team's rights takes effect, and change the date at the top. A Team that does not accept the change may stop using the service and close its account before that date, with no cost. Using the service after that date means accepting the new terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Before going to court, the parties will try to settle any dispute amicably. Failing that, the courts of Liège have exclusive jurisdiction.
